Often times there's an inherent tension between product management and product designers, the two can seem to run in parallel paths, especially with designers that immerse themselves into the research and discovery phase of the design process. This can sometimes feel as though there's a tug of war over who "owns" the discovery process or the product itself - this session is to provide an insight into how the two groups can work together cohesively and tools/process improvements that can strengthen the relationship.
